If you need help with a genealogical problem and are looking for a specialist we offer the following possibilities:

1. 1. If you already know the area where your research needs to take place then you can look at our map and click on the relevant region. If you know the name of the area but not where it is then please visit our place name list where you can choose your area.

2. 2. If you are not absolutely certain where the research should be carried out or if you can’t find the place name you are looking for on the map or on the place name list then please use our distribution list for genealogical questions and explain your problem as precisely as you can. Please include any and all information you have about the place or region. Your problem will be checked and sent on to the specialist who is responsible for your region. You will receive an answer to your question or a firm offer directly from this specialist.
